Verified profiles, no co-signer
The tenant builds their profile once — documents, income and references — and the landlord reviews it here. A rental insurance policy replaces the co-signer, which is the requirement that stops most applications in Colombia.
Contract signed online
Each party signs with a one-time code sent to the channel they already verified, and the signature is bound to that exact file: if the contract changes, the signatures stop standing on their own.

Upload your documents and income. The landlord approves them or tells you what is missing, with the reason written down.
You agree on an interview: the landlord proposes a day and a channel, and you confirm. Without a confirmation there is no appointment.
You sign the contract with a one-time code and transfer the first month's rent from your own bank, with its receipt.
